What is the procedure to do rental Agreement?

I Know that I have purchase stamp paper from SBM then I have to type the terms & conditions etc., then I have to get sing from witness and both party.

Then What I have to do? Is it finshed or what ?

Then get this rent contract attested by the notary public or first class magistrate. Give a copy to the tenant & keep the original copy with you if you are the landlord.
