I'm a 17 year old girl and I've had my period for almost 6 years. My cycles are extremely irregular, ranging anywhere from 30 to 60 days, but usually they come within 6 weeks. I am a virgin. However, about 3 or 4 weeks ago I touched my boyfriend's penis, through his underwear - not directly. It was just a touch, but his underwear did seem slightly damp. It's been 8 weeks since my last period, and I am wondering what's up with my cycle. I realize that the chances of pregnancy are slim - I just touched, the earliest time my hand came in contact with my vaginal area was at least 12 hours later, and then only outside of it, not really the opening itself...
I've heard different things like sperm (if there was any present) can only live up to 24 if out in the open air
But, I've been gaining weight lately and there's still that problem with my cycle. Or could it be just psycho somatic?
Should I be concerned? I feel like an idiot for asking but it's really driving me crazy..

Congrats on still being a virgin !! really that is amazing and hopeful that not all kids are sleeping around.
Just tell your boyfriend to continue to keep it in his pants and you'll be fine !

you have nothing to be worried about pregnancy wise, there's no way you could have gotten pregnant like that. as for the problem with your cycle, stressing over things like this can cause delays in your period.... and maybe you should go on the pill, it will help regulate your cycle.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I was having sex for two years and never got pregnant. If your that worried you can get a test and see, but I think your OK!

Never heard of anyone getting prego like that don't worry you are just getting yourself all worked up over nothing !! I would go to doc about your period though!!

no you cant be pregnant. you should see your dr though b/c even 6 weeks no period isnt normal. do you eat ok? do u have a lot of stress going on?

Nope not possible. Your boyfriend was problably just excited. Just try not to think about your period so that you dont push it away.
