Spanish.
As a side note, you might want to learn English first.

Spanish would be the most logical choice. First of all, it is a VERY easy language to learn in terms of grammar and vocabulary. Second, there is a growing demand for bilingual Spanish-English speakers in the U.S. Having Spanish will really help you whatever your future career interests. And finally, you live in Arizona... you'll have plenty of opportunities to practice speaking the language, which is one of the keys to second language acquisition. Take advantage of your proximity to Mexico for a study abroad experience.

you live in AZ. I don't care what anyone else things I live in AZ too and knowing Spanish has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. I have never had to use the language. I would take something that you may actually enjoy learning. German, Arabic, French. But Spanish is just boring and personally I live in the United States. I am not going to learn a foreign language just to help someone else to have an easier time communicating. They should learn the type of English spoken here. I would not go to Mexico or Spain and expect them to cater to my ignorance.

Depends on how much effort you're willing to give it. I found French and Spanish fairly easy, German was harder, and KiSwahili the hardest of all. I'd probably go with Spanish because you have more opportunity to use it in Arizona.

Do not go for what is "easy" but what will help your chosen career in the future. Will you work at something that will involve you with dealing with a particular country,i.e. China-or any other -or traveling abroad for business -you need to now their language.
It helps to know Latin for a foreign language in many cases. We went to France,Germany,Holland,England, etc. and wish I could have taken French in high school but all they offered was Spanish and I never tool Latin in school and needed it for Spanish.
If you are looking for "easy" and that is your attitude -you won't get very far in whatever you undertake-get a change of attitude and go for it!
