I haven't kept up with my college ball in the past few years so have no idea who the up and commers are... Assuming this is Favre's final year... who else is there that "MAY" or "WILL" be starting as QB next year that is as good as Rogers (who played a skilled vs' lucky game tonight).

Will he be the best Starting QB next year or is there someone better out there? Dolphins fans ... you guys must be looking harder than anyone right now... any input?

Wanted to be clear - I'm asking for first time starters... basically QBs who are likely to be put into starting positions fresh out of the draft - or 2nd\3rd stringers who will be put into starting positions for the first time in their careers... (think Tony Romo 2006)

No. He has fundamental problems that will lead to disaster in later years. Though he is good. My take would be P. Manning.

now that i read the question a few times. Are you saying that rodgers is better than any starting QB out there,

come on dont waste time

Rodgers would be the best 1st year starter if he actually starts. I would not be surprised if Favre comes back.

I remember the debate a few years back over what QB would be drafted first...Rodgers or Alex Smith. Seeing Rodgers tonight makes me believe the 49ers made a huge mistake...but then again, Rodgers has has three years of tutoring from one of the best QBs in the game.

I really like Aaron Rodgers and I really wanted to see him start this year before Favre decided to come back. He is really very skilled. He moves well in the pocket and can run with the ball a little bit. He also has a really strong arm.

Cowboys fan here. I will say he showed good decision making and skill. But who knows, they could very well draft one or pick one up in free agency just to be safe.

Oh yeah, dolphins are scoutn hard! 1 pick goes to them!

No. You must remember he came from Cal, Berkley. If they teach their QB's one thing, it's how to fail.
