if 1 of your contacts answers 1 of your questions and gets the answer right but some 1 else got it right first do you give your contact the 10 points or the other person?

Do what ever you please. I like to be fair most of the time and give it to not only someone who gives me the right answer, but also to someone who gives, a lot of detail, makes me think or inspires me to ask another question. More often then not they're my contacts but then again, thats why they're your contacts you probably found their Q & As and general manner of thinking interesting. As for favoritism I wouldn't let it be the key factor behind choosing a best answer, but before you break your back trying to be the most virtuous person in Y!A, let me tell you I've seen people who give a 4 word generic sentence fragment the best answer just, because the answerer is their contact, I mean some sentence fragments are brilliantly funny but no I'm talking about a completely boring fragment like "yeah, I guess so =D". When they had received some mind-blowing good answers from other people. So basically give it to who ever you want for what ever reason you want and, if you want play a little dirty don't feel to guilty. :P

Actually, even if they didn't get it right , I'd give it to them. Sometimes I give the points to a person or two that should be a contact but I'm too lazy to sign up. But, I am a wishy washy individual. Although, I am loyal. That's gotta count for something these days.

i know it is not so good but the majority we ''work;;with conatcts..But yesterday even if in one question 2 of my contacts had very nice answers, i chosee another person, because it is not always fair
