The CEO of Encore Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is Ravi Desiraju, and the company has only 5 to 10 people. The website is quite spartan and doesn't list the board members.
There is a company called Golden Success Jewellery but it doesn't have anything to do with anyone called Ambrose. There is a book whose theme is the philosophy underlying the presentation of Christian teaching in Late Antiquity.
The essays deal with individual theologians (Augustine, Ambrose, Dionysius the Areopagite, Gregory of Nyssa), with ideological background (Christian and Roman universalism), and with the discussion of particular texts. So, Ambrose and Dionysius were 2 different theologians.
I have not heard of an Ambrose Dionysius, and I can't say who he's influential to. I can only tell you to exercise caution. Whatever you do, don't part with any money.
