This is my homework...it says
Interview one person directly connected with any financial institution in our country (the Philippines) and ask him/her the following:
1. How does his bank earn profits?
2. What is the direct influence of Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) with his bank? ... of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) - World Bank (WB).

Why don't you go visit a local bank and ask if you can interview their Vice President as a homework assignment?

time to hit the bricks -- turn off your computer go to any bank and ask to see the manager and ask him these questions!! dress neat you might be appling for a job there one day!!!
