i am certain that if the boys make it all the way through the playoffs, they will be ready and absolutely ready to knock off the Pats.
the boys are on the rise and the pats have peaked. we know moss is the key difference. without moss, the boys would run roughshod over them by that time.
all depends if the boys keep their poise and just don't shoot themselves in the foot. they get a little better every game. like i said, pats have peaked, not the boys.
like a chess game, you need the right pieces to be competitive, spirit is not everything.

Everyone keeps assuming the Pats will go... even me sometimes... but it all comes down to 1 post season loss. If their first big slip up comes against an AFC champ game against the Colts then what... in fact... who's to say they'll need to slip... just cause they beat the Colts once (by 4 points) doesn't mean it will happen again. Both teams have an easy ride to through the rest of the season but a slip up loss could lead to demoralization of either team for that very reason. The colts have something to prove in the playoffs.
And too, after tonight the reactionary questions are all about the Boys and if they'll win when they go to the bowl... well the pack's vs the boy's schedules look a lot like the pat vs colts schedules to date. A 10-2 team in general has just as much chance as an 11-1 team in a playoff series of coming out on top for whatever reason. The Pack specifically has a stronger Depth chart than the Boys so if both are close to each other on their posistions in their respective charts... I think the Grumbles and the Collinsworthless' out there would say the same thing... the Pack wins. Also... they'll now be the ones on NFC side with something to prove... that's if the Cowboys don't slip up to the lions first (j/k - hoping but j/k).
To answer your question as asked, no. I think Baring last minute (read AFC championship game) key player losses, the two AFC candidates in the Pats and the Colts will be ready to outperform the Boys even if they are on top of their game.
You didn't ask but if the Pack goes instead of the Boys does the Pack take it? I'd love to say yes but I can't see it. THey have amazing breadth of offensive weaponry but are not consitent in utilizing that weaponry from set-of-downs to set-of-downs... Grant helps a lot (leading rusher since he started...) but won't be enough... nope it will likely be an AFC vic this year either way... although I DO think the Pack has a better chance than the Boys to prove me wrong

Of course the Patriots will win the Superbowl, if the Cowboys had zero integrity and stole signals, they'd be the Powerhouse of the 2007-2008 season.

Ever hear of a team called the Patriots? If you think the Boys can beat a team, who went into their stadium and beat them straight up, then I think you should watch that game again. I'm a Buccaneer fan, who know we'll lose to either Green Bay or Dallas, and they will in turn, lose to New England.

The Cowboys showed that they are the dominant team in the NFC tonight. The Patriots are still the dominant team in football, as they already have beaten the Cowboys. What tonight's game did accomplish is to guarantee that the NFC championship game will be in Dallas and not the frozen tundra in January if the Packers and the Cowboys end up with identical records.

If this was last year, they would have might have beat the Colts. Unfortunately, no one can beat the Patriots this year. I would love to say the Steelers could beat the Pats, or the Colts, or the Cowboys, but I don't see it happening.
Brady would have to get hurt. Or the combination of Randy Moss, any offensive lineman, and Asante Samuel. Other than that, the Patriots are going to win it.
(Hopefully, Troy Polomalu can break Brady's arm.)

I think that "the boys" will go to the S.B. and get their face kicked in by the Patriots. AND T.O. will have a melt down, while Romo sits crying on the bench like he did the last time the Pats beat them.

It's going to be either the Colts or the Patriots who win the superbowl!!! It's looks like the boys are the team from the NFC who will Play but the trophy belongs to the AFC!!!

the cowboys have a good shot at going to the superbowl and becoming the NFC Champions but no matter who the face in the superbowl the AFC team (most likely the patriots) will win
