Being mammals, they do have mammary glands and two nipples producing rich milk for their young to suckle.

"The calf feeds on this milk by placing its rostrum against one of the two mammal slits located on the ventral surface of the mother's body. It then cups its tongue around the nipple which lies beneath the mammary slit. A tight seal is formed between the calf's tongue and the mother's nipple. The mother can physically eject milk into the calves mouth to help speed the nursing process. This is very helpful since the whole process takes place under water while both animals hold their breath."

whales, too. in fact, whale milk is like the fattest there is. thick too.

"Whale mothers nurse the young by actively squirting milk into their mouths, a milk that according to German naturalist Dieffenbach[citation needed], bears great similarities to cow's milk, except with a much higher concentration of fat. Biologists compare the consistency of whale milk to cottage cheese; it must be thick, or else it will dissipate into the surrounding water."
