hi ....can i use my pan card as a birth certificate to register my marrige.....actually in my home town they refuses to that......so plz let me know if i can use pan card as birth certificate....

Pan card is only a proof for birth it cannot replace your birth certificate. In case the registrar of marriages refuse to admit it as a proof of marriage then you can use other documents such as your school leaving certificate,passport,driving license or even Voter's I.D. Card. Any how the question of not accepting Pan Card as proof of birth was a wrong decision on part of such person as this Pan card is issued by the Government of India not any individual.

No, you can't. It must be a birth certificate.
