Can anyone suggest me a nice place green place to stay in thane, outskirt of Mumbai along line of ghodbunder road for relaxation and piece of solitude?

" Tikuji ni Wadi" comes to mind as a nearby green place with good food options.
Electricity and internet - you need to enquire at their end. It's almost impossible to get uninterrupted electricity supply.
Internet - you are going there to enjoy or get bogged down by internet related things? I feel one should enjoy sans everyother thing when in nature's company.
