There is nothing that can be done. The leaders of this country and the entire government is corrupt from the inside to the outside.
They are so powerful now that they can do whatever they like without any transparency or accountability whatsoever.
If the public yells too loudly, Bush will declare Martial Law, and that will be that. We are living in a Dictatorship, not a Democracy or a Republic.
It is not just the people of the US that are suffering under this, it is widespread across other governments around the world which are all connected, and the entire world and its peoples is being raped.
What kills me are the idiots who are still patriotic even in the face of such corruption and evil that a blind person could see it.

I really agree with the answer of Julia D.Bush still has many supporters and he is so arrogant as the president and the world police.He can do what he wanted to do.Stopping him you should ask all senators to impeach Bush or all americans who love peace should make a huge demonstration in all staes as people power such as in the Phippines at the era of Aquino..People power is just like God power.
