As a song it kinda sucked. Couldn't understand anything after speak English or die. As practical advice, it makes a lot of sense. It's not really possible to get very far in this country if you can't speak English. If I went to France I'd expect to need to learn french if I were planning to try to live there. Its really just common sense.
