It will be the fault of every single plitician,Republican, Democrat, or otherwise, that refuses to fix the problem. It will be the fault of every citizen who doesn't vote, and who doesn't write to those who represent them in Congress when there is a problem. It will be the fault of alll of the outspoken people who are somehow in favor of illegal immigration. It will be the fault of every company, big or small, that hires people who do not have a legal right to be here.

It will be almost everyone in Congress' fault (and the President's) except a few true patriots like Tom Tancredo (R-CO), Duncan Hunter (R-CA), and Jeff Flake (R-AZ).

In fact, Flake is about an ideal Congressman as you can get. He has fought those earmarks that get hidden in pork-ridden bills all the time. Sadly, I believe he doesn't get much support, even from his own party.

In this Constitutional Republic where we democratically elect our Congressional Representatives, it's time we asked the tough questions: who is going to finish the border fence? Who is going to increase entry Visas to meet immigration demand while, at the same time, staffing up the INS to teach English and the Constitution to all these new immigrants?

Fine, debate, but then vote and move on. And, once you've voted for something (like a fence), build the d*mn thing completely and efficiently (probably an oxymoron with government in charge).

But you can be sure that, even if a terrorist does get through one of our borders -- and, who knows, they may have already gotten through and are planning the next attack -- the finger pointing will only get worse. At that time, I hope Americans will rise up, register to vote, and actually VOTE IN THE PRIMARIES where many Congressional races are decided (since so many are partisan and uncompetitive in the general election).

It will be the Bush Administration for not putting up that double border fence, setting up a patrol road, training more officers, and telling Mexico that illegal crossings went out with 9/11!

George Bush

He swore an oath to protect this country from all enemies, foreign and domestic. The borders are just as wide open as they were on 9/11.

It will be the fault of individual American citizens, who surrendered their sovereignty to a Federal government that couldn't do its primary job.

Next up on the SNAFU line: universal health care!

It will be everyone's fault.

Bush - for failing to secure our borders

Congress - for pandering to the extreme left

Companies - for hiring criminal aliens

Americans - for not standing up against our politicians who have remained passive on this issue.

You might actually get to see Bush impeached if that happened but it is probably too late. I don't want to let off the dems who are even worse but it is Bush's responsibility to enforce the laws.
