assuming that means 3^2 times (6-4) + 8

= 9 (6-4) + 8
= 9(2) + 8
= 26

Operator order:
Brackets, then Power, then multiplication/division, then addition/subtraction.
i.e.
3^2 * (6-4) + 8
= 3^2 * (2) + 8
= 9 * 2 + 8
= 18 + 8
= 26

3^2*(2)+8 Parenthesis first (6-4)
9*(2)+8 Then exponent 3^2.
18+8 Multiply 9*2.
26 Add 18+8
=26

the answer is 26

3*3 = 9
9*2 = 18 ( 6-4 = 2 )
18+8 =26
If you have excel you can just plug in the entire equation, and get the answer...I did, and got the same answer. Always do parentheses first, then raise the power, then mult or divide, then add or sub last

key fact - do the brackets first. then division, multiplication, addittion and then substraction.
