I had found some custom stuff on ebay it ended but the seller said he would have more.

I would pay up to $250 for a custom Metal Gear Solid PSP, but it would have to be an official Sony PSP, not a PSP that someone modified.
I wouldn't pay $400 dollars for one that's for sure. I mean for that price you can get the 40GB PS3.

Go to some discount video game store such as EB and ask if they have it available, and if they don't, ask around your area and see if it's available anywhere.
