boobs grow... they just do... i'm pretty sure your chest is the last place fat will fade from (because really, how does one "exercise" one's breasts?)
don't worry about it... B's and C's are good sizes... guys don't want a girl who's barely there, but they don't want you too top heavy either...
if it gets to a point where it really bothers you, there's always breast reduction surgery...
or, a slightly less expensive option, go to victoria's secret... they have every kind of bra under the sun, and you're sure to find at least one that fits, and makes you look absolutely gorgeous... (i love that place... makes my barely B's look far more substantial)

I'm not sure how you can reduce your boob size, but you could try checking other brands of bras to see if they fit better. Some brands are even doing in-between sizes. You could also try buying bras with inserts and then taking those inserts out to get a little more space!

I wish there was something you could do to stop it I was a B cup and over the past 2 years I went up to a E cup I haven't gained any weight and I exercise daily so I guess it is just something you have to live with.

I think there was definitely an effect from using those pills and no one here can tell you much except to go to your nearest physician and tell them your problem and tell them the pills you took and perhaps they will have answers. It might be a side-effect and even though you are no longer taking them they are obviously still affecting your body. If you don't like the results, you need to go get help.

Just dieting will make you lose weight everywhere inckuding your chest. Working out will only make them bigger at first but will shrink your chest over time because when you first start working out you build muscle first than lose the fat. Boobs are made of fat!

Besides a breast reduction, not really. In between isn't that bad. Trust me I have worse. My breasts are two different sizes because of a surgery I had two years ago.
There are bras out there that are for inbetween sizes.
Your body is something you have to work with, not make work for you when it comes to that.

boobs are one of the few things that you really just can't control their size. generally, that's the first place you gain weight, but also the first place you lose weight. you can try to do exercises that work your chest or pectoral muscles, but I don't know how much that can do for you. =)
