I'm always feeling everyone is superior to me, that I'm ugly and something is wrong with me, and i feel that anyone who says they like me or think im pretty is lying.

what can I do to change this? why do i feel this way??

1st give yourself a break, be your own person and dont care about what people think about you or say about you, find atleast 3-5 things that you like about yourself, then each day find 1more soon before you know it you may learn to like yourself

The only one who can change these feelings about you is YOU! You just have to change your attitude and think opposite of what your thinking. Everyday when you get up and after you've washed your face and brushed your teeth and hair and combed it and fixed yourself up for the day go to the nearest mirror. And say these things to yourself EVERYDAY until you start to feel it. I love you, you are a great person, and you have just as much to offer this world as anyone else does, you are loved, you deserve love, you are a beautiful person and you deserve a good life and you deserse all life has to offer and especially God loves you because he doesn't make any junk. He created you for a purpose he loves you with all his heart and soul. I am just as good as anyone else in this world noone is more superior then the next.You are not ugly and nothing is wrong with you you are just thinking bad thoughts right now. And when someone says you are pretty believe them because most people will not tell you that if it were not true. I sense that you need a little spiritual help in your life as well and maybe you could see to start going to church and mingling with Christian people who love you because you are one of Gods children and totally equal in value as they are in the Lords eyes. He created you in his own image you know!

You're young, you'll get there... Make your face, set your hair, wear something special, "let's say a week-end night" . Now have a good look at yourself in the miror, do not be critical, be honest and don't judge, look and like who you see??? Surprise huh? Well now you see that you're beatiful. Use your webcam and take pictures, put them in a file with your name and later use them as a reminder. Take poses, you'll get fun to do this and it'll help you. Bet you!
No one is superior to you, remember this. You're just as good as anyone else if not better? Still in the miror talk, like respond to a friend, you'll have a conversation you never thought you were capable of??? Try those tricks, it'll help.

If its only started happening, it will probably pass. Just get through this remembering that life is not always happy, and it will have some down moments, but this too shall pass!

Who raise you to hate yourself so much / Seek the help of your school counselor Its free and it cannot hurt because it doesn't matter how many advice you will receive it will not help you because the wounds are to deep

,it sounds like you have your guards up. And the you need alot more self esteem. Believe it, you should be able to tell whether or not if someone likes you.

dont ever feel like people are better then you... because no one is any better then anyone else...love yourself no matter what ...you gotta have confidence in yourself ...stand up wipe yourself off and say hey im just as good as anyone out there and if no one dont like it oh well too bad.!!
