I hate to admit but the last noise ( and a bizarre one at that ) I made was I farted and sneezed almost at the same time. Its the weirdest noise one can possibly hear.

I didn't really make the first part
I sort of semi caused it
the second part was made by me spilling the hot coffee I was carrying on to my bare feet as I tried not to trip over the fleeing cat!
Oh and all this was followed by something that went a little like this.
