that depends entiely on the rental contract.
Years ago I had a place it was except for summer - if you had a window air conditioner there was an extra charge.
Othere places I lived the electric was billed to the apt.
If they have sperate meters for each living unit you most likey will get a bill for your own electrics.

Gas, Electricity and Water are all considered utilities.

elec is a utility , but if talking about it it being included in ur rent it may not b included usually when utitities are included it only covers water,trash,heat if lucky. I would check with ur landlord 4 the specifics. every landlord is different.

Usually it is, unless your contract specifies that it is a seperate amenity. Check with your landlord/future landlord to confirm it.
