there are officials in yahoo answers but do they really answer questions from the user?

i have asked a question and i haven't received any answer, maybe they are too busy. however, there are instances that these officials really do answer questions..^_^

The officials here are VERY overburdened by questions and other issues they have to address. We would have to pay for this service if we were able to get our answers back from officials any faster.
