The weird thing is that a few weeks ago it was making the noise and after I got a car wash it stopped and this week it came back.

Any idea?

If your hearing a squeaking and chirping noise coming from the front of your car, right tire, I think that it's your brakes. The break pads have a sensor that squeaks when the pad is low or getting low. You'll still have brakes, but it's time to change them, because you don't want to mess up your rotors. I hope this helps you, at least, it gives you a clue as where to start looking to find the problem.

So many possibilities and so little information. How old is the car? What is milage? Where is it driven?

Squeeking/chirping can come from:

Leaky McPherson Struts
Torn and washed out CV joint boots
Brake pad wear bars running on rotors
Stuck caliper cylinder
Warped rotors.

With more info, I might be able to narrow it down.

If it only makes the noise when you hit bumps, it sounds as though some of your bushings are gone. Irritating, but not a huge safety issue. Take it to a shop you trust, have them run it up on the lift, and find out which ones have gone bad.

There is usually a warning tab on your brake pads to alert you that it's time to replace the pads. They will chirp/squeal while driving but usually stop when you use the brakes. Get them replaced (or at least checked) before you damage the rotors.

Check your brake pads on front right. Sometimes, a piece of gravel will imbed itsellf in the pad.. Usually, it will wear itself out.
