good clubs in las vegas for 21 and up?

I'm looking for a nice club with the older crowd with lationos and blacks that play reggaton ar/b and just a nice place to meet people..

LAX Nightclub at Luxor is the hottest club in Vegas right now. Celebrities nightly and the best party atmosphere I've seen. You will have a blast.
