I don't think you are going to find an answer to this--at least a quick search does not bring anything up. The US hardcover edition runs 880 pages of text, which would be about 880K bytes of plain, unformatted text. There is really no way of knowing how much formatting would add to that, to say nothing of the artwork.

My guess would be at minimum 1 GB and more likely closer to 2 GB, when all is said and done.

Remember too, that I'm basing this on word processor files and the publishers would be using different software--I've no what to know how to figure for that.
