To dream that you are taking a pregnancy test, may be a metaphor for a new phase you are entering in your life (a new job, relationship, etc.) You may feel that you are being put to the test as to whether you are prepared or ready for these changes.
Btw - Im not worried about being pregnant, but what does the interpretation mean?

The interpretation is useless, but hear me out...
Your dreams come from your brain. They're a message from one part of your brain to another. Whatever your brain believes about the dream and how you react can't be wrong. It is the only correct interpretation, no matter what. Nobody else can interpret your dreams for you.
Interpretation of dreams is just a scam. It takes a dream and turns it into a metaphor, which is something anybody can do. Even if there is any truth to dream interpretation, does the interpretation really offer any insight into your life that you're not already aware of?
However, your brain probably knew you would seek out an interpretation, and obviously knew you would ask this question on Y! Answers... so, whatever you decide the dream meant, even if you take another person's interpretation to be the correct one, then that's what was meant to happen.
