I ment to say If George is 33 1/2% richer than Pete, then Pete is what percent poorer than George?

If George is richer than Pete, Pete is poorer, not richer at all, than George!

G=1.335 *P

So G/P= 1.335 or George is 33.5 % richer
And P/G = 1/1.335. So Pete has 75% what George has.
In order to get how much poorer Pete is, take the complement
1-1/1.335, and therefore Pete is 25% poorer than George.
