I know Santa is a false god. They say he lives at the north pole and never dies and knows what all the kids do wether good or bad so I know this is false because all men are mortal and don't know everything and daddy says that chocolates made in his image are like little idols and when people eat them they eat graven images and partake of his body and this is pagan, you know?

Most of the idols do better then working at a candy factory packaging Santas; you know, record deals, that sort of thing.
Bear in mind, that to be a classical idol, religion has to be involved and Santa Claus, although sainted, I guess, is not a religious figure. Elves rarely are.

I think your dad has gone over the edge. You can celebrate the myths of Christmas without worshiping the. Dad needs to lighten up.
