Not 100% sure on this, but I'll guess John Milner.
He had 12 plate appearances in a 1974 extra inning game, where he drove in two runs but didn't score.
Sure, I'll sit out the next one!

im guessing thats not true considering the MOST atbats in any one game is 11 done by 15 players and 12 of the 15 didnt score or drive in a run
