I became a very experienced gynecologist using this method,
I learned, don't move--this is a stick up
give me all your money and insurance cards
I also received a pap smear twice a day for many years, it really helped

well first you would have to go to medical school, which has nothing what so ever to do with street smarts, and then secondly you would have to become a doctor and have your own ob/gyn practice with a patient base...experience takes some time so you would need to give that part time...
so I would have to say no to the street smarts thing all around in this case.
