We are having an office Christmas party and gift exchange with a $10 limit. Any ideas for creative wrapping or a memorable gift idea? It's a very conservative office, but they love creative gifts. Please help!! I really don't want my gift to be the last, lonely one in the pile again this year.

When I used to work corporate, we did a secret santa. We hung stockings around the office in our dept. and planted little gifts in them throughout the month.. then we had a holiday luncheon and gave our person their gift.. costing under $20. It was so much fun getting things in the stocking..

Try finding a beautiful and unique handmade Christmas decoration from a local craft bizarre, show or store.

My best friend and I began exchanging ornaments almost 18 years ago. It's fun to look for some beautiful, creative decoration each year. Some years I've done better than others.

The greatest thing is that ornaments are usually within the $10 limit.

The biggest hit last year was my made to order throw. I let the recipient choose the colorway, and I enjoyed knitting up an easy, but beautiful throw--everyone's asking for it again this year!

Use your talents to customize a gift for the recipient. Photography? Poetry? Drawing? All you need is a card reading "this card entitles its holder to one custom------." Then make your gift based on the cardholder. You both win!!

A basket of chocolates. You can buy baskets at the dollar store, and fill with several different kinds of chocolate. Wrap in colored cellophane, and place a big bow with ribbons hanging down
