Someone please enlighten me about this. Peoples that claim being able to talk to dead peoples or spirits i want to know something. I read somewhere you can only talk to spirits that have yet to go through the light ? Is that right ? I mean are their spirits that choose to remains on that "lower plain of existance" instead of going to the light ? I mean once a spirit go through it, is it no longer possible to communicate with them ?

Hello Kaynos

Medium's are psychics who are a channel for loved ones to communicate via.

All spirits go through to the 'light' as you call it, some realise they are there - some need to learn that they are.

Some in spirit choose to remain close to the physical, that is true - they are of no harm. They can remain close for many reasons from not realising their new situation to not wishing to move onwards just yet. In time all is felt clearly.

It is possible to communicate with spirit at what ever spiritual level they are on, however high that may be.

This is how it was explained to me. Some choose to stay others don't. This plain is purgatory. You can speak with those that have gone to the light only if they are allowed to vist.
Its why I can't always communicate with my grandfather.
This is how I knew my husband's uncle growing up. Although I didn't find out it was his uncle until 4 years after we married.
My playmate was the man who was murdered in the house I grew up in. Not my husband's uncle.
It is the only reason how I knew my great grandfather. He went into the light and came back to wait for my Granny.
I thought I was crazy growing up. My mother told me that other people would "kill me" if they found out. My brother, husband, and two of our kids are also able to see and speak with spirits.
That is assuming you are speaking of human spirits. There are some that are not. Usually spirits and ghosts are classified seperately.

On television and the movies it seems to be the case. Who knows where they get their info from? Writers of the fantastic have to make their stories believable as possible or make us want to believe.

The medium helps the spirit resolve the problem, the spirit enters the light, medium says "he's gone".

We are spirits or “consciousness.” We survive the death of the body. And all those who died to the flesh are alive, still. Those who have developed their spiritual faculties of telepathy, clairvoyance, clairsentience or astral traveling can certainly communicate with those spirits on other non-physical planes and dimensions.

Today, we can begin to learn more about all this.

IDK...but the Catholic church says that saints have gone to Heaven...yet you can communicate with them and they can find things and perform miracles on earth.
EDIT..It's said that before she died..St. Theresa ,L.F.said that she wanted to spend her time in Heaven doing good on earth.

I'll let you know after I die, I have not plans of going to the "light"! Sounds like some soul sucking trap to me, I'm coming back.

There is no basis to the "going to the light" fable. That was in a movie called Poltergeist and people have just run with it because it sounds romantic. Whoever wrote whatever you read was feeding you a load of nonsense.

There is also no basis for talking to dead people or any "plains [sic] of existance [sic]".
