okay well i'm a girl
and i have one of my "girlfriends" that i really want to get to know me better
i've known her for 3 years now but its hard to talk to her and she never calls me back and its hard.
maybe i'm jealous ?

Anyways,
She is just shy about it. What you do is approach her in a friendly manner. Talk to her about fashion or whatever girls talk about these times, then ask her about her personal life, what she likes, etc.
Again, knowing her for 3 years, It's pretty hard to believe that you still haven't known much about her. If she still doesn't open to you, then she isn't a friend keeping. Remember, friends are open to each other.
