1 yr ago i got a virus so i bought another computer.Now i'm tryin to fix my laptop and cant remember the password. Is there an alternative method to getting into my laptop

Reformat if you have access to bios and have the disk
Boot from seperate OS stored on external hard drive through bios, and go in manually as though the internal was your external.

On your working computer, go to http://www.ebcd.pcministry.com/ and download the Emergency Boot CD. Then burn the ISO to a CD. The CD has a function that will clear the administrator password. Then you can log in as the local administrator and reset your user password.

yes, but it involves you taking the hardrive out and attaching it to the desktop pc. you have to make ur desktop take ownerships of the laptop drive files. it is a long process. i dont rememer how to do the ownerships processs.
