No. The last time a team lost by more points was on Jan 31, 2003. The Detroit Pistons defeated the Boston Celtics 118-66, a margin of 52 points.

However, the largest margin of victory was on December 17, 1991, when the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Miami Heat 148-80, a margin of 68 points.

Nope,

Not sure what is but for the Celtics alone their highest point differential was 51. Not this game.

"The Celtics fell just short of a franchise-record for margin of victory (51) on Thursday as they beat the Knicks, 104-59. "

No, it's not even a Celtics record. They beat the 76ers by 51 points back in 1962. It was, though, the Knicks' second-worst loss ever, according to this article:

The biggest differential in the shot clock area was the Cavs beating Miami 148-80 in 1991.

Also, on 3/19/72, the Lakers beat Golden State 162-99.
That was a record victory margin at that time, since broken.

No, once this happened:
Syracuse Nationals- 162
New York Knicks- 100

And at the last second, i think Richardson scored a last second half-court shot to beat the New York Knicks franchise low 58 points

The only reason why it wasn't was because of a last second buzzer beater 3 from Nate Robinson pushing them above their franchise's worst deficit ever.
