Of talk every evening, about our day. Why not? Work is a big part of the life that we share. Like so many things, one can affect the other. One of us will unsually call the other during the day and ask how's it going.

Most men just listen. In a controlled experiment, it was found that, on average, the female will use five times as many words in a day as a male will. We just don't talk as much. Consequently, we listen up to a point, but after awhile it all sounds like gibberish and is quite boring after awhile. Sorry, but I'm being honest here.

I will listen but if I listen and then my wife decides to not listen when I need to talk then I stop listening. as long as I get in return what I give then I try to truely listen. and by the way guys use less words I use less because I want to figure things out quickly.

Being retired and she not working we constantly
communicate with each other throughout the day
and when we go shopping we are constantly
talking to each other, so our communication is
way up there.
