Can WWE sue TNA because of copyrighted gimmick of Jay Lethal? He's just TNA'S Randy Savage. Can WWE sue because he says Oh Yeah!!! Does WWE own that catchphrase?

I doubt "Oh yeah!" can be copyrighted.

Besides, it's a parody of a gimmick, so even without Savage's permission, I kinda doubt WWE could do much about it. It's like the Billionaire Ted skits done by WWF back in the day.

Oh Yeaah!!! i mean Oh Noooo!!! i don't think so because WWE knows that he's got it and they haven't done anything about it so i think Randy Savage owns the gimmick and the catch phrase because Savage said that he likes the fact that Jay Lethal has got the gimmick and he thinks it's funny seeing someone else using it on TV.

No the WWE doesn't own every word in the world. The wwe doesn't own Randy Savage. I know it seems the moron Vince thinks he has to own everything but he doesn't. What next you think no one will ever be able to say Damn again?
Randy thinks its cool that Jay is doing the gimmick so that is all that matters. Who cares if Vince likes it or not.

Well, they got it right!! Randy Savage agreed to let Lethal do it!!! And I think Vince would have did something by now. So no he doesn't own it.
