I admit that I worry some but I do pray. My aunt always says "Why worry when you can pray?" Good advice!

I worry more than I pray. Its only because I have more to worry about than to pray

NEVER Spoil the present moment by worrying about a future that you likely are going to live through anyway
and one should always pray by forever silently imagining the dream that they want all the future moments to blossom into
not so much as a constant asking plea
but more as offering of delightful imagination suggestions for the Angels of Creation to get the Creator's Approvals for

Neither. I take things as they come and deal with them individually until the problem is solved. No use worrying about things I can fix myself. And sitting here "praying" to an imaginary being in the sky isn't going to help, either. Only I can help myself.
