Is football superior to hockey? or is it the other way around?
(what the heck? why did yahoo try to put this in "singles and dating" and "Valentine's day"? these people make me wonder sometimes)

i'm canadian too. i adore hockey. i feel like we canadians have had that love automatically branded in us from birth?

Most Americans would say that football is more superior, but I don't see too many guys wanting to become hockey players. That in itself should tell you that hockey is superior since it takes a real tough man to want to play it.
Then again, Rugby and Lacrosse are two of the most dangerous sports for anyone to play.

football is superior to hockey because i always hear talk about football, but never about hockey. And I know, yahoo puts my questions in weird categories, too.

football is slow- just a bunch of guys moving by yards and falling down on each other. give me the speed and grace of hockey as well as the brutality. also there is nothing finer than a hockey players butt and thighs.

I think hockey has a lot of potential, whereas football is due for a decline. Free agency is killing the sport.

In America, football is more popular than hockey. In other places, it may be different. It just depends on where you are.
