maybe 50 years ago inmates dressed like that. Now they wear orange, and other colors.

are you sure "crack" is a term you want to use since it a very bad word in the usa, for the most part?
it denotes horrible addiction, death, robbery, prostitution, so much misery - and police are constantly fighting the crack plague still harming most of america.
