The only way I have ever been able to get a Rubiks Cube done was to snap off the pieces and reassemble it with the colors where I wanted them.

i used to impress this grl who had a rubiks cube-in school. I would take it off her at break time, take all the stickers off it and put them all in order then give it bk to her. ....she thought i was way cool. ....... .All joking aside, a few light years.
