you cant, only agents do that for their talent. Having to travel to auditions is bad, too. You need to be available on short notice. Anyway, be in your school plays and take all the speech and drama stuff and when you get out of high school you can move to Vancouver where the action is.
And don't get too excited about 'actress's' auditioning for High School Musical. She doesn't sound like what they are looking for to me.
