Just do us a favor and not have any more. The world isn't getting any cleaner. Four words: dwindling resources, climate change. I don't think the Earth can take the doubling of the population that is set to happen in 2030. Do you want a world for all these babies to be on? Mother Nature will implement her own form of population control if people don't stop it with the baby factory. Read: 4x the number of natural disasters this decade than in decades past. Plus, with the economy as it, people in all economic sectors losing their jobs left and right - it's not the best climate to be thinking about adding to families. Be wise enough to rise above your biological instincts, and think with your head.

Super B complex vitamins can help with mood swings.
There are also anger management classes available which may be beneficial to teach techniques to control anger/mood swings.
Actually the pill made things worse for me, I couldn't take it because of this. When I stopped the pill I felt like bricks had been lifted from my shoulders. If you are on the pill, you may consider eliminating this for a couple of months and see if that helps.

Best advice is to----Breathe!
If youre feeling angry, bark like a dog and make yourself laugh before you burst into a fit. Feeling sad? Get your mind active and out of that sorrowful state. Take a walk outside, keep healthy, and just remember your only human!

This is probably PMDD - Premenstrual Disphoric Disorder. I was diagnosed with this. Anyway, my Dr put me on Sarafem to control these symptoms..it worked. It is an anti depressant... it's basically Prozac, but with and additive that works with your hormones.
You should talk with your Dr.

When ever you feel angry just relax.... you know wat i would do i will go and have a bath.... that makes me fresh. Why dont u try this if you are at home.
If you are out... then things would be different. Mmmmm, let me see.
ahaaa.... ok
If you are outside somewhere away from home, try to breath deeply.... that may help you then go and just wash your face.

I forget the name of the book, my daughters therapist gave her but I think its "borderline personality disorder" and it has excercises for her temper flareups for no reason as you describe. She says it helps.
