When should we BD? Nights are the times we can. Also since I this is the first month I got an LH surge does this mean I really will relaease an egg?

If you got an LH surge chances are pretty good you'll release the egg. If you got your positive today, that means you will ovulate sometime between today and Saturday. Be sure to have sex tonight and every day until Monday...just to cover all your bases. Morning, afternoon, evening... it doesn't matter what time of day.

Have sex now, and everyday for the next 3 days. having an LH surge means your body is gearing up to release an egg, but it does not mean you will for sure. I found the following websight very helpful:

You typically will ovulate within 12-36 hours of the positive opk. The egg will live for 12-24 hours. So you have 2-3 days. Get busy!

if you took one of those pee tests and it shows an LH surge, you will most likely ovulate in the next 24 to 48 hours. so if you took the test today, have intercourse/inseminate tomorrow. although if you are doing this "au natural" might as well have sex tonight, tomorrow, and the day after too.

You can BD every day or every other day starting now.
Nights are fine ;)
You should ovulate since you surged.
