I'm really into big cats, and watching so many animal planet shows make me want to do what they do. On their show "Growing up Tiger" is what inspires me the most. Maybe I'm not searching right, but I can't seem to find any colleges that offer a degree in Zoology. Suggestions? Also, with a degree in Zoology what are my career options?

A normal biology degree, or the weirder "biological sciences" or "integrated biology" and such degrees are very similar to zoology. Don't rule them out!

There are fewer people working with big mammals for economic and practical reasons (birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles are far more common), so in that case don't be afraid to focus in on a school that has a big cat expert.

Talk to your guidance counsellor (if they're any good...). Even talk to somebody that works with big cats. You'll get more from a face-to-face interview than on Y!Answers!

Look here for all the universities in the US offering zoology as a major:

With a degree in zoology you can work as a zookeeper at a zoo, work as a biologist/zoologist for a government agency such as US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Forest Service, etc., work for an environmental consultant firm, for a non-profit organization or for a university, or museum. You might have better luck finding employment studying something beside big cats.. they are only found in specific places in the world, and there is a lot of competition to work with them..usually only the best of the best get such jobs. You are much more likely to find work study animals that are found worldwide such as birds, reptiles, and amphibians. If you get a zoo job..you will not always get to choose which animal you will work with, but you can certainly tell them where you would most like to be placed.

Its OK to have a focus now, but expect when you find that employment opportunities in "big Cats" are few you will probably find more promising opportunities the the biology and zoology fields. I have my degree in biology from California State University at Humboldt. They also have Zoology there.
