I have to as I am in the army. We are required to run a minimum of two miles in a time ammount based on your age. I usually run two miles in just under 14 min. I am 35 years old. I usually try to run at least 2 miles every other day for a week before our physical fitness test just to get my body ready. Thanks for asking, have a great night!

Yes, I do. My usual trip is at least 30-40 mins...sometimes an hour if I have the extra time or if it's really nice outside. When I do this on a regular basis I feel better...more alert, happier, more energy...I sleep better. If it's been a while I really start to notice the difference in the way I feel.

If your go Jogging for 2 miles a few times a week you will be in better shape. I rather go by miles than time because I find it more fun to complete a distance than go a certian amout of time. Go out for a jog or even a jog/walk in the afternoon. If you find a nice place where a few people you might enjoy it more than you think.

i'm not much of a runner or jogger. i prefer to take exercise classes like aerobics, yoga, or even kick boxing. i've taken all of these at one time or another. um, i really need to get back into a routine. not to long ago i injured myself because i took on a little too much. it's a long story. i don't really want to talk about it. i just need to be careful not to over do it again. running and jogging actually makes it worst. yeah, that's all i want to say. lol.

the belief of a one million hr run sounds super. yet whilst ur purely beginning out then u could perchance initiate out with a 30 min. run. yet perchance u prefer 2 initiate ur run at 6 and end at 7. cuz if u initiate at 4 then u have 2 arise particularly early. and u minght not b getting sufficient sleep 4 an hr run daily. desire i helped=)
