Police in Jacksonville, Florida killed two men this with with their little toys. Columbia County, Florida police killed another one today. Sadistic cops love to torture people with those things. She is lucky to be alive. If she lived in Florida, she would be dead.

wow thats bad, stun guns should be used as a replacement for deadly force, not as a convenience for law enforcement to subdue an unruly citizen
