what are all the side effects from coming off of depo??? what all have you had??? i have a TON!! its like i am pregnant all over again!! lol someone please help and tell me what your experience coming off of depo...i have only taken one shot, and i never went back. it was due 2 weeks ago. i have acne, heartburn, constant dull headaches like everyday, spotting pink-brown-little bit of blood, some cramps, lower abdominal achiness, greasy hair...lol what is up with this!!??? please help!!!

I like home depo and have many good experiences with them. They sell the best home improvement stuff.

I had depo for 12 mths 4 injections. I had all the above. I came off at Xmas almost 2 years ago. Changed to the pill. But low and behold I now have a 7 mth old. LOL. He was unplanned but not unwanted. I still don't have normal cycle but that could also be from being preg. 8 weeks after birth I got a implant in my arm. (good for 3 years) and 24hours after removal your body's hormones are back to normal. Maybe that would be a good option?? I have no side effects apart from irrigular period, but I can live with that. It was the best choice for me..

The best thing about getting off depo was being able to lose weight easier. Depo made me gain over 30 lbs in 3 years. Once I stopped depo and kept doing the same thing I've done for years, the pounds just shedded off.

In my experience don't do depo!!
all that hormone is way too much... its screwed up a lot of my friends too.
from periods lasting about 2 weeks long to nothing at all, wieght gain... your body really gets f-ed up on depo

it is rough i have been on and off depo for 8 years your body is all confused it will take upto 1 year to get normal periods

I was on for 10 years and went off to get pg. Although I got pg a month after it wore off. However had terrible migraines in the process. Went right back on it to avoid the migraines. had never had on in my life before that.
