He would check it out with Cheney who would explain to him he has no paper money (not including the billions he has made off his ill-conceived, illegal and immoral war, or course) but that he had the equivalent of $1.10 which because he is president is worth about 2 quarters. But of course, Bush would not understand and would say "Hey man, I have a dollar bill want to flip me for it?".
