hey im 18 years old and i already have had enough, if i dont leave home ima explode, anyways i want to know what is the legal age for me to leave here in the USA,
my parents tell me its 21,
that i cant legally leave until im 21, and they say if i do they will report me as a runaway and they will send the cops after me,

could they report me if im not yet 21?
im only 18 and im fed up with life

If you're 18, you are old enough to live on your own, you would not be classified as a runaway. Realize, though, that life on your own is NOT an easy thing. Setting up your own place is unbelievably expensive.

My suggestion is calm down, save up some money, and then leave once you have enough of a nest egg to strat out your life on your own comfortably.

You can't be reported as a runaway if you are 18 or older.

It depends on the laws of your state. Most states recognize 18 as the age of majority, several have higher ages: http://marriage.about.com/cs/teenmarriage/a/majority.htm

legal age in all states is 18 except for drinking liquor or buying it. then its 21!!!

Usually it's 18. If you can support yourself then do it. I did.
