im 15 almost 16, and 6'3, 170 pounds, is this normal? or does it really depend on a lot of things, like muscle?

it does depend on muscle & fat~ muscle weighs more~ if your happy with how you look it doesnt matter if its average

Listen, you are NOT thin for your weight. You are exactly where you should be. I ran a BMI (Body Mass Index) with your height and weight and you are perfectly where you should be. You scored a 21.2 {Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 }. As you can see you are well within the normal weight. I am kind of envies of you buddy i wish i was 6"3. I am only 5"8 but i am also in the normal weight range. I think you are asking this question because you think you are thin (as myself, but i could be wrong). If you do feel thin I HIGHLY recommend bodybuilding. That is what I do to increase weight, muscle mass, and overall sense of well being. Good luck to you.

Yeah it depends on muscle vs fat...sounds like you are a pretty average guy..maybe a little bigger than average for your age.

thats probably anywhere from 5 - 15 pounds under average
dont worry im like 5'10" - 5'11" and 125 pounds so you definately arent gonna die of being skinny but you also definately arent overweight
